HOW ARE ORVANE PRODUCTS MADE?

ORVANE creates original designs that are produced on demand through selected production partners. Production location may vary depending on the product and delivery destination.

WHY IS MY ORDER PRODUCED ON DEMAND?

Producing items after an order is placed helps us reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for preparation before shipment. Delivery time depends on the destination, courier, and production location.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be emailed after your order has been dispatched.

WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?

Products may be produced and shipped by different production partners. Items from the same order can therefore arrive separately.

HOW DO ORVANE PRODUCTS FIT?

Many ORVANE garments have a relaxed or unisex fit. Always review the size guide provided on the individual product page before ordering.

HOW SHOULD I CHOOSE MY SIZE?

Choose your usual size for a regular fit. For a more oversized look, consider selecting one size larger. Compare your measurements with the product-specific size chart.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact orvaneofficial@proton.me immediately after ordering.

Because production can begin shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Eligible unused and unworn products may be returned within the applicable return period. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Email orvaneofficial@proton.me with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
