Shipping

Every ORVANE order is prepared by hand and shipped in our signature packaging.

• Italy: 1–3 business days — complimentary
• European Union: 2–5 business days — complimentary over €300
• Rest of world: 3–7 business days, express courier — duties and taxes calculated at checkout

You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with the hang tag attached.

To open a return, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, the fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order.
