Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every ORVANE purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• With all original tags attached

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
